Meditation Matters – Original Buddhist Meditation Lessons through February and March, every Weds evening at 7:30pm
A free course of 8 meditation lessons will begin 1st Feb. Please come and bring as many others as possible. If you are definitely attending leave a note here or on our facebook group page to give us some idea of numbers. May your path be short, for the sake of all.
Many people are using meditation these days for relaxation and improved mental health and these are very beneficial effects but they are not the real reason behind meditation. Meditation as taught by the Buddhist masters goes far beyond short term therapy. Applied correctly it can unearth the natural wisdom that leads one to a happiness and an understanding that is way beyond our current view.
If you are interested then you should come along because our state of mind is the most important thing. It effects every single thing you do. It will be of the most value to attend all 8 sessions as they will increase in profoundness.

The practice of Vajrayogini is one of the fastest Vajrayana methods to reach Enlightenment in this lifetime. Amongst the many different Tantras and Teachings which were taught by Lord Buddha, Vajrayogini Practice is most beneficial in degenerate and difficult times.
Restriction: Only those who have previously received Vajrayogini empowerment from a qualified Sakyapa Master can attend.
